Most lenders charge fees for every loan they give you. At STS Lending, we waive the lender fees for you when you refinance your home.

It's our way of saying "Thank you" to our returning customers. We want to help meet your financial needs today, and be there if you need help down the road.

This program is great for people who are placed in our credit repair program, who after 2-3 years will need to refinance to a lower rate.

How Welcome Home Again Works:

• Finance a home loan with us and pay regular pricing.
• Then when you refinance (the same property address) with us, you only pay third-party costs. Lender fees like origination, points, and processing are all on us!

Borrower is responsible for paying discount points and/or origination fees if they choose to buy down or lower the interest rate. Borrower is also responsible for all amounts used to establish any tax or escrow accounts. Lender fees are limited to fees directly payable to STS in connection with closing an STS loan. Not available on all loan products. Borrower must qualify for available products for this offer to apply in the future. STS reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer or program at any time without notice.
